We offer a range of services to help you put you, your event, or your meeting online. We use Zoom meeting and Zoom webinar software, and can help you get started in either or do the event for you. Webinars: Festivals, Open Mics, and Events
Webinar Events have invited speakers who are visible to attendees who are not seen/heard except as called upon. Audience members sign up via a posted/emailed link. Fees for managed events for up to 100 people start at $250.
Other: Intro to Zoom
Need help figuring out how to get online to zoom meetings or events? Contact us to find out if we can be of service. If we decide to work together, fees are $50 for the first session up to 1 hour, then $25 per follow-up session, up to 1/2 hour each.
Workshops are a series of meetings to which people sign up only once. Fees for workshop series including registration services depend upon the number and length, starting at $50/hour.
A specialized type of meeting or webinar customized to the author’s needs. A package including basic promotion and a video of the event starts at $175.
Unlike events, which have attendees listening to pre-designated speakers, in meetings everyone can see and speak to one another, share their screen, and share documents. Fees for single meetings up to 100 people start at $100.
